Had a vey upsetting experience today. My dog was only half groomed and I was still charged full price. I was told he was upset and grumpy and they had to safeguard their students. Fair enough but he is a happy little terrier and hasn’t been any trouble anywhere before. Surely students have to learn that not all dogs are placid , some are going to be nervous and more difficult.

They made a good job of Shadow, he looks lovely now...
